Do I need an LLM provider account?
Only if you turn on AI features. Lumzi works as a traditional ITSM/ITAM without any AI key. Agentic capabilities light up the moment you paste a key in settings.
Is my data isolated?
Yes. Tenant scoping is enforced at the database layer (Prisma client extension), not just route guards. Each workspace has its own subdomain and audit trail.
Can I export everything?
Every list view exports to CSV. Full database backup is available on paid plans via the platform admin panel.
