Connect a shared mailbox via Microsoft Graph or IMAP. Inbound emails become tickets (pre-classified, pre-routed), and outbound replies thread back through the same mailbox so the requester never breaks the chain.

Automatic depreciation

Per-category useful-life defaults seed sensible values (laptops 36 months, servers 60 months, furniture 84 months). Book value is computed on the fly, with no manual data entry.

Inbound: shared mailbox → tickets via Graph polling or IMAP. Outbound: send replies from the same shared mailbox so emails thread cleanly. RBAC-for-Apps scoping supported.

Barcode / QR scanning

Mobile-friendly scanner with offline queue. Print labels in configurable layouts. Scan a tag from the warehouse to pull the asset detail page instantly.

PWA + push notifications
